Order Processing
- All orders for in-stock products are prepared and shipped within two (2) business days after confirmation.
- For certain models that are being restocked, the shipping time may be longer. The exact shipping timeframe is indicated on each product's detail page.
Delivery Methods
- Orders are shipped via GLS or Chronopost, depending on the option selected by the customer during checkout.
- For individual customers, items may be shipped in multiple separate packages based on the size and volume of the ordered furniture. This ensures that each piece arrives in perfect condition.
Delivery for Professional Customers
- For commercial clients, we may choose specialized carriers depending on the volume and specific requirements of the order. Our goal is to ensure fast and secure deliveries.
Delivery Timeline
- In mainland France, in-stock products are delivered within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery method chosen.
Warehouse Pickup
- If you prefer to collect your furniture directly from our warehouse in Paris, this option is available by appointment. Please contact us in advance to arrange the pickup.
